    • There is a $100 flat fee for our basic services up to 300 square feet.

    • Any basic services over 300 square feet will be charged an additional 25 cents per square foot.

    • Trash cans are based separately from other services.

    • Trash cans are automatically $50 per trash can.

Meet the Team

Together we have noticed that drive ways and sidewalks are the most neglected aspects of landscaping and gardening. This summer, we hope to improve the landscaping quality and look of homes with your help.


  • Founder

    Drew is an incoming Senior at Jesuit College Preparatory School of Dallas. He partakes in club soccer for FC Dallas as well as his school and represents Jesuit as an ambassador and a member of “Brothers for Others” (A service leadership core dedicated to learning about and serving individuals with special needs, both children and adults). Drew hopes to gain understanding of business leadership through running K&K Pressure Washing as well as make money this school year to pay for college and soccer camps.


  • Co-Founder

    Pearson is an incoming Junior at The Covenant School of Dallas and contributed to their TAPPS 4A Regional championship in golf this past year. He not only desires to start a power-washing company for the money but also to gain experience in the business world and for his later life.

What the Process looks like

Questions Often Asked

  • Our quotes are free, so just give us a call or text to book your free estimate today. We will show up at your house at the designated time to measure the area of your desired pressure washing. Once agreed upon the price, the pressure washing will begin within the next week at the agreed upon time. A single pressure washing tends to take between 2-5 hours depending upon the size and difficulty of the area.

  • Water is to be supplied by the customer with reachable hose bibs (water costs are already built into the price). Set up and take down take between 15-30 minutes. We ask that people aren't in the desired area of pressure washing during the service for optimum results and safety of the customer if using chemicals. Satisfaction is important to us so we don't get paid until you're happy with our work.

  • yes, we use sodium hypochlorite to remove oil stains but you can request for just water.

  • It can, but we spray a layer over the concrete so that it may dry and the chemicals don't get mixed in the grass. Once dry, we run the pressure washer through, removing the dirt and the chemicals where it is diluted and less likely to harm the grass.

  • We take cash, checks, and Venmo.

  • That depends on how specific the customer desires the service.
